• No refunds: Store credit or exchange of merchandise of equal or greater value only.
• Realizations reserves the right to refuse exchanges & store credit requests based on the condition of the product being returned.
• All sales final on:
  - sale merchandise
  - custom painted pieces,
  - made-on-demand pieces

For online / phone orders

We are happy to cancel and/or refund in full any order prior to shipping.
Most orders ship within 48 hours, so contact us ASAP (via  orders@walterandersonart.com or at  228-875-0503) to let us know you'd like to cancel. 

All our shipping includes insurance coverage.
