Shipping & Insurance Policies
Fulfillment and Transit Times:
Orders are typically fulfilled within 2 business days. Transit time after orders ship is 1-3 business days to most of the continental United States. We are located in Ocean Springs, MS, if you are located on the West Coast, there may be an additional 1-2 days for transit.
Packaging:
All orders that are larger than 13” x 19” will be shipped rolled, sealed in a waterproof sleeve, and in a long cardboard box.
All orders that are 13” x 19” or smaller are shipped inside of a protective sleeve in a stay flat mailer with two layers of chipboard around the print.
All orders with mixed sizes, may be subject to shipping in multiple packages. Occasionally, this may mean they ship via separate carriers. You will receive all the tracking numbers in separate emails.
Damaged Orders:
Damaged orders that have been insured through Route will be replaced as quickly as possible. All orders over $200 will include insurance, however, we suggest purchasing additional insurance for special orders. We suggest purchasing insurance if your order is under $200 or if you are making an international order.

Order Tracking:
We have partnered with Route to create a better shipment tracking experience. You will be able to track your package every step of the way through Route’s app or website. After you receive an order confirmation email from us, you will receive a follow up tracking email, as well as confirmation of your insurance should you choose to purchase it.
Insurance Customer Opt In/Out:
Customers can insure orders through Route as well. You can make claims directly through their app or site. Our customers can opt in or out of insurance and handle any claims directly through Route’s app or website themselves. Insurance claims and reorders will now be easier and faster. While making the claim yourself is quick and easy, we are always here to help and we can still do it for you if needed! Orders with free shipping include insurance, but additional insurance can still be purchased.
How It Works:
- Select your product and add them to your cart
- Route will automatically appear in your cart, you can toggle the insurance off should you choose to opt out. If you choose to opt out of Route insurance, we are not able to cover incidents of damage, lost, or stolen orders.
- Enjoy tracking your order from our store to your door with the comfort of knowing that your new artwork is properly insured!
If you choose to opt in and your shipment is damaged in transit, lost, or stolen, together with Route, we are here to help. Through Route’s app or website you will make a claim and have the option to refund or re-order a product. We know that we specialize in custom orders and unique products. Please do not hesitate to contact us, as we are often able to have our skilled watercolor artists duplicate their work if a re-order is needed.
